Nothing says ‘neglect’ like not taking the effort to remove the default. 
Seriously. To me this says nothing was done. Period.
and nothing was done so stop looking for something stop visiting trying to seek some email to spam, some website to strip, → when the owner has a website here they will probably let you know (perhaps on some social media, or through an advert) until then go away.
Nothing has changed. You can replace the default page with literally anything you want.
The Virtualmin documentation has also been updated regarding the default page.
