Phpmyadmin zip module not installed

when I try to install:

Note: Ubuntu 16.04 is EOL. Please consider migrating to Ubuntu 22.04!

This is not clear what is causing this issue. I cannot reproduce it on the latest Ubuntu 22.04.

We really recommend migrating to the latest Ubuntu 22.04 using pre-release version of Virtualmin 7 install script.

Yes, it’s possible but not advised, as distro upgrades, especially in such a great range, most likely will cause issues (i.e. various changes to services configs).

If I had to do it, I would have spun up a clean Ubuntu 22.04 and just migrated all data from existing 16.04 to it.
