php.ini template (open_basedir)

I want to set open_basedir to $home upon creating a virtual server. How can I do this? Where can I edit the php.ini template?

Howdy,

You can specify the php.ini template to use in System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default -> Apache Website.

Can you be more specific how I could set the open_basedir setting to the home directory of the newly created virtual server?

Seems to me there should be a solution for this without creating a custom plugin. Other packages like Direct Admin support this. Anyone?
