The image you are claiming that shows mod_php is installed is from Webmin > Tools > PHP Configuration:
click on the module config in upper left corner. You will see that you have the same entry.
It is a DEFUALT CONFIGURATION SETTING.
Again, none of this what @suther is trying to explain has anything to do with mod_php.
