Paid support US$125 hasn't responded in 2 weeks

Yes, I paid via this website.

First, Virtualmin doesn’t set the phpMyAdmin permissions to load domain/phpmyadmin. Error: Forbidden.

You’re posting in the Forums here… what you’d want to do to see if we can assist, and utilize your support, is to open up a support request.

To do that, click the “Support” link at the top of the page, and then click the “Issue Tracker” button.

Can’t lodge the issue tracker…error: There are no entities matching “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access /phpmyadmin on this server.”

Hmm, that’s a pretty unusual error there… do you receive that same error when accessing it directly with this URL:

Just lodged issue Test Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /phpmyadmin on this server.

Details aren’t correct, but was impossible to lodge the issue without irrelevant data.
Issue remains with phpmyadmin not loading in browser.
