Outlook Express, error 550 5.1.1

I have a problem with my Outlook Express, when I use a email created on Webmin/Virtualmin.
When use another mail, it works. But when I use my “custom” mail, it doesn’t work.
I read a lot about this issue, but nothing helped me.
My firewall is disable, so, I guess it’s not my ports.

Can anybody help, please?

What you’d want to do is look in the email logs to see what’s going wrong.

The email logs are located on your server in either /var/log/maillog, or /var/log/mail.log, depending on what distribution you’re using.
