Last night I tried to install the osTicket script on my server, and the process failed (404 error).

Are you are Pro user? If yes, you should use the ticket system.
If not, then you should provide more details instead of just saying it doesnt work.

Dr Carson, thank-you for the tip. I will take your advise accordingly. the problem is that the script is trying to download a .zip file which does not exist in the directory, thus it fails.
