Hi I was wondering if it is possible to run Open Sim on a virtual server.

Are you referring to this here:

If so – sure, that should work, though Virtualmin wouldn’t set it up for you, you’d have to set that up manually.

It looks like it’s written in .Net, so you’d have to setup Mono in order to get it working. However, their documentation describes how to get Mono working here:
