No update exists from version 1.1 - What should i do with this package update

I have never seen this message before and also it is in orange.

Does anyone know what this means for mean, I can read and understand the literal but what does it mean practically?

Will this package never upgrade? Do I need to remove it?

maybe it’s something to do with running an elderly OS (Ubuntu 22.04.5) ? Using Ubuntu 26.04.1 I get this result
