Need help in smtp not work

Please only show us relevant log entries. Please never send the whole danged thing. We can’t make any sense out of that, and it’s asking for us to spend a bunch of time guessing at which lines are relevant.

To get relevant log entries:

Start tailing the log (use tail -f <log path> or journalctl -fu postfix) and then perform the action that is failing. The log entries that appear immediately after you do that are probably the relevant ones, and the only ones we want to see. It would only be three or four lines, tops.

If you don’t see any, it’s because you have a network problem. Port’s closed, perhaps. Could also be a DNS problem.

Normally /var/log/mail.log but perhaps use the journalctl command as mentioned before as this is independent of needing the log file

No idea the screen shot is not in English but perhaps you don’t have the ports open or your email client is looking elsewhere maybe another port. You need to supply more information about your setup

Have you tried to use usermin to read your email ? If you can see your email there it would appear you have a wrongly configured email client… log into usermin using

Roundcube gets this message if I send and do not receive any messages. Also, the Outlook is not working

Nothing really wrong with the mail server as usermin sends email.
you need to fix everything else, that said your domain, if it’s to be believed, has no mail dns records… good luck fixing this problem
