MySql Database crash

I’ve this system:

Operating system CentOS Linux 7.8.2003
Webmin version 1.953
Memory: 7.63 GiB total
MySQL version 5.5.65
PHP versions 5.6.40, 7.2.24
Apache version 2.4.6

In the past 3 months I have had 2 blocks of the sql server, but I have not been able to understand the problem of these blocks.
