Multiple DNS servers on different shared IP's

So, I have 2 IP Addresses.

One is default, and it serves 4 websites, and nameserver hostname is
host.domain1.com

On the other IP address I want DNS to be host.domain2.com

But when I’m looking into DNS records, the SOA and NS records are host.domain1.com instead of host.domain2.com

How can I make them be host.domain2.com without manually editing records?

So I was actually able to have name servers auto-generated, and working properly, via templates, however I want to ditch the SOA record with host.domain1.com
