I’ve never used it before but I guess that the download procedure was changed: http://www.movabletype.com/download/personal-use.html

If you’re running the latest version of Virtualmin, file a bug and it’ll get fixed in the next release. But I’m pretty sure it works in the latest version–we have functional tests for this sort of problem, so scripts all work at the time when those tests last ran.
