Missing Edit link for autoreply

I can activate an autoreply in "Mail forwarding settings".
After selecting "Autoreply from file" there is an "Edit"-Link available for me.

the admin of this site never sees the edit link though. He tested it with Firefox and Internet Explorer, JavaScript turned on and Firewalls off.

Why doesn’t he see the edit link at all? I cannot reproduce this problem on anyone of my desktops (tried with Windows and Linux, MSIE and Firefox).

My second problem: When I activate "Autoreply from file" the autoreply works perfect, but the mail is not stored in the inbox of the absent user. I cannot see a way to enable/disable this behavior.
