Which Firewall? There are several and most will not be relevant to any given system and will be hidden in Unused Modules.
Your root user should have all modules checked, as root should be able to use any module (but many will be hidden in unused modules). But, at this point I think something is really messed up and you may need to restore from a backup to get happy again…probably best not to go poking configs changing things until you understand what’s wrong. So leave’em as they are, don’t check or uncheck anything.
What’s in the following files: /etc/webmin/root.acl, /etc/webmin/username.acl (where username is whatever user you use to login if you’re using a sudo user instead of a user named root), /etc/webmin/webmin.acl, and /etc/webmin/config?
Also, run:
debsums -c webmin
If you don’t have debsums installed, you’ll need to install it.

As I know exactly what was displayed before, I can assure you again that both firewall for IÜv6 showed up (I’m using ufw), and they were not hidden in Unused Modules.

I think you’ve misinterpreted something I said. I made several suggestions to help figure out what’s wrong, and if you follow up with the information that comes from doing what I suggested, we can help figure out what’s wrong.
