One step at a time. You can manipulate the running process that is locking webmin. I don’t know what that process is. I don’t know if it is safe to simply kill or maybe restart? That you are going to have to determine. But, like I said, one step at a time. If you click on the blue PID (3055 in your case) you will be taken to another page of options.
Well, I’m guessing from the output English isn’t your first language so I wasn’t sure how much that was an issue. I’m on another forum where a German member mentioned his browser did automatic translations. Probably explained why his English was better than mine.
