Hi,

Several things :

1 - I wanted to make a request in the issue tracker, but I get an error 500 in the ajax response when I do a search in the “Project” field.

2 - I have a recurring order (num 28735), but the payment failed (num 27380) and I would renew again

3 - how to upgrade a license ?

4 - and how to renew my old licenses (before the new website)

Howdy,

Sorry that you’re having a problem opening a new request! You shouldn’t have to search for a project though.

You may have better luck with this URL here:

Try that URL, and see if you’re able to open a request then… as you’re right, it would be better to go over this there.
