Let's Encrypt renewal doesn't automatically copy to all services

I have one of my virtual hosts set to use the Let’s Encrypt and renew every 3 months, which works fine, but after that i have to go and click the button to “copy to all services” for the mail servers (both IMAP and SMTP) to use the new cert.

Is this fixable please?

I have the same problem in many Virtualmin servers, the new cert is not installed in Dovecot and Postfix.
Virtualmin 7.7 (GPL and Pro)
Debian 10.13
Webmin 2.021
