Let' encrypt for two domains (virtualhosts)

Hello,

I try to generate certificate for two domains (virtualhosts)

in Let’s encrypt panel > Hostnames for certificate, I added :mysite1.com
mysite2.com


but I have this message error
Requesting a new certificate for mysite1.com, mysite2.com, using the website directory /home/mysite/public_html …
… request failed : Failed to request certificate :
mysite2.com challenge did not pass: Invalid response from http://mysite2.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/


Is-it possible to generate two certificates with webmin ?

I need to create a separate cron for the second virtualhost…
