Latest Webmin upgrade leads to post-installation wizard & loss of a website

Yesterday I logged into virtualmin to see a lot of stuff had to be updated (41+) stuff like PHP, MariaDB, ClamAV, etc etc…I clicked update all and now the site where I have my Mailwizz application hosted at is no longer working. It’s still there in the FTP it’s just not letting me access it.

When i go to my mailwizz website I get the following message saying: “you have chosen to open application/x-httpd-php”

Here is a ss of what happens:

Which is a file that has the following:

<?php

/**
 * Customer application bootstrap file
 *
 * @package MailWizz EMA
 * @author MailWizz Development Team
 * @link https://www.mailwizz.com/
 * @copyright MailWizz EMA
 * @license
 * @since 1.0
 */

// define the type of application we are creating.
define('MW_APP_NAME', 'customer');

// and start an instance of it.
require_once(dirname(__FILE__) . '/../apps/init.php');

How can i fix this because I don’t really want to re-install mailwizz and i don’t think I have to because all my virtualmin servers are there and the ftp shows all the mailwizz files i installed before this upgrade messed everything up.
