Issue regarding cronjob that calls a bash file that executes a virtualmin command

Operating system: CentOS
VM version: 6.09

I wrote a bash file that executes a virtualmin command to create a database in a domain.
Which works fine.
Then executed that command from cronjob to execute that bash file that doesn’t work when executed automatically.
But when I open that cronjob and click run that same function is performed.
Please guide me about what might be the issue?
