Is there anyone know where is the problem?

My SPF, Dkim and Dmarc everything is good but i still can’t receive and sent mails to my roundcube box mail i’m not professional in all that i just want a good smtp to start my marketing method is there anyone can help me to solve this problem bcz it makes me sooo tired

You don’t have port 25. Your provider is blocking it, presumably. Many do. You may be able to request they open the port. Some will, some won’t. If they won’t, you’ll need to use a relay service like Amazon SES or Mailjet or Mailgun or Sendgrid or whatever.

If you’re sending marketing emails, you may find it’s easier to achieve good deliverability using a mail relay service anyway (though if you send unsolicited spam, they’d block you, too). It can be hard to maintain deliverability even for legitimate mail because so many people mark legit mail as spam if they don’t want to receive it anymore rather than simply unsubscribing (I know because our forum notifications get classified as spam pretty regularly and we have never ever sent an email to someone who didn’t ask for it).
