Installing Virtualmin 7 error, fresh server & install

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Trying to do a fresh install. Get the following error. Second attempt, same error.

Installing on a Linode in a Sydney datacenter.

I was able to install Virtualmin a few moments ago with Debian 10 for testing an upgrade. There were no issues with the repository.

I was having similar issues yesterday updating a server in Auckland - this was the reply when I queried it with our provider
" There are some subsea cable systems disrupted in the region which is causing packet loss/disruption to certain traffic depending on origin "

Things seem better today and updates went through…
