Installed virtualserver domain and SSL and then roundcube module but they get diff SSLs

I setup Virtualmin on a VPS and migrated a cPanel account for a test run.
I have Virtualmin setup with a cusotm domain and nameservers.
All goes well, i install Lets Encrypt on imported account and then round cube mail module.
When I access the domain with roundcube mail i get a mismatched SSL security warning like below. What am I missing?
(PS Freaky weird coming from WHM/cPanel but I am loving it)

This server could not prove that it is mydomain.com; its security certificate is from myvirtualmin.co.uk. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Maybe request a new certificate.

I think you will have to request a new certificate. Try and tell how it goes!
