INstallation issues

Hello,

I bought an unlimited lifetime licence and I cannot install it, I do not understand why. Here is the error message.

Howdy,

What distribution and version is it that you’re trying to install Virtualmin onto?

However, the links above that it said couldn’t be downloaded do seem to be working for me… it’s possible you were seeing a temporary network issue. Try performing the install again, and see if it works any better for you the second time around.

It s been the same for 3 days
it is centos 5.4 64 bits.

Hrm, it sounds like something unusual is going on… it may be a network issue of some kind, though I’m not certain at the moment.

Here’s what I’d suggest doing –

Can you open a support request regarding this issue, using the “Support” link above? And when you do that, mark the request as “Private”, and attach the installation log to the request. The installation log is located in /root/virtualmin-install.log.

That install log will help us figure out what’s going on.
