I’m setting up a dedicated server for the first time, purchased virtualmin, and got this from the installer, keys and hostname removed:

My guess is Ruby didn’t install when it should have, or the install script assumes Ruby is there when it isn’t. Any further ideas, and tips for resolving this?

Excuse my newishness.

Thanks.

Hey Christopher,

SUSE 10.1 is not yet supported in the installer. Drop me an email with the auth details for the box, and I’ll see if a manual install can be done reasonably quickly.

Hi Joe,

I’ve sent you the info to joe@virtualmin.com

Thanks,

Chris
