In my inbox I can only see stuff I got weeks ago, but if I search through my mail all the new stuff comes up fine.
What email client are you using? What if you log in via Usermin on port 20000, do you see all your mail then?

Yes that is what I use. Turns out I had my sorting configuration messed up.
