Why is this forum posting my e-mail address??

I’ll answer this one first.

Because you’ve chosen your email address as your username. You can change it on the “Your Account” page, and I’d recommend you do so. Once you’ve changed it, all prior posts will have your new username.

There is no such option. Exporting as CSV is merely a convenience function for folks that want to pull a table into a spreadsheet or other data processor…but CSV does not contain the data needed to re-create a table. A CSV export is not a database backup.

You need a native dump of the database to be able to restore data (using the “Backup database” option–Virtualmin also has a virtual server backup feature that can safely backup and restore databases that belong to virtual servers). I’m sure there are tools out there to import data from a CSV, but it’s a lossy format–it’s not the same as restoring via a proper dump, and is probably a recipe for disaster if your application is expecting well-formed data in the database.
