@Joe You are absolutely right. Hosting companies always mess-up i tried most their OS and most OS having issue.
I can confirm this is not Virtualmin issue.

Yes indeed I also confirm. it’s not rare the problem simply come from hosting company’s ISO. Still I advise Kernelhost which have a Great Support.
