I have found out the reason why Postfix keeps getting killed by OOM Killer

This would be an interesting feature to add to Webmin, but I don’t think it belongs in part of Virtualmin.

Possibly, but it definately should be configured so a web hosting user can use it to scan their files only. A web hosting user at most want only to be concerned with their stuff and if it is me managing their site I like to make modifications using their account so if i make mistakes it is localised to that account (i.e. similar to not logging in as root).

So maybe a webmin module but with customisations for Virtualmin.

As mentions there is an old webmin module that utilised ClamAV but I have never tried it.

Think of resource usage. Especially if the user can add crons. I seem to have some recollection of an ability to scan all uploads in real time? Might be of more use.

even on shared hosts you can add crons, they are probably limited somehow, maybe that should be looked at. I know has some resource limiters but they from what I read need some work.

I could see this potentially as a Webmin module, which would then be accessible as part of Virtualmin.
