I am trying to install phpmyadmin but i got an error. all of the files shows like this.
cp: cannot create regular file ‘/home/***/public_html/phpmyadmin/ajax.php’: Permission denied.

What can be the reason.?
You have exhausted the disk space that you have allotted to the virtual server. You could increase server quota via Virtualmin -> Edit Virtual Server and then look into Quotas and Limits.
