How to recompile Apache

Linux 3.10.0-1160.31.1.el7.x86_64 on x86_64System uptime

I am looking for a way to recompile apache, possibly from you installation packages repository or from scratch to enable / disable some of them.

This is to recreate suexec and ruid2 and others t be similar to this httpd.conf file.
