Have you looked at the Migrate page? I recommend you just try migrating one domain and see how it goes.
By the time you’ve done two or three domains that way, you’ll know what kinds of issues you’re going to run into, if any. Once you’re comfortable with the process and know what manual tweaks are needed (if any), you can do the rest in bulk or start over on a new production server and migrate all of the domains.
I understand your concern but I have server wide backup form plesk
Are you saying you no longer have access to that server? ALL you can do is use the single backup that you have?
