Wait, I just found docs about “Webmin Access Certificates”… looks like you navigate to:
Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Certificate Authority
Then create a CA… then navigate to:
Webmin -> Webmin Users -> Request Certificate
and request a certificate. Not sure about the next step quite yet, but it says it uses a standard key-based authentication method supported by browsers (and Webmin) instead of fussing with SSH-based certs.
