How do we enable an master account user of the virtualserver to see “edit databases” when they login to virtualmin?

Can someone shed some light?

under virtualmin, find the Administration Options. When you click on that, find the Edit Owner Limits, then Allowed capabilities and features and make sure Can manage databases is enabled.
