Git will not work - installs fine but does not work - multiple errors

Followed instructions at Git and Virtualmin – Virtualmin
Installs Fine, but 2 main issues that I am experiencing

  1. I cannot browse the repo by pressing the button called “Browse Repository” from the page when you, select the domain from the left menu, then open the Services category and click Git Repositories

Problem: the page never loads, there is no pop-ups blocked, the button goes grey then appears to put the page in some unprocessed state as clicking anything else seams to break the page and you have to hard refresh the screen.

  1. If I cant use the UI in Virtualmin I was trying to GIT Clone on my desktop using something like

GIT CLONE https://yourdomannamehere/git/gitreponame.git

I get prompted to login but the logins I have authorized a million times and verified a million times never authenticates - I alway get unauthorized

Summary and last notes…
The repo is there and the DELETE button and the REPOSITORY COMMANDS buttons work, but I can not clone from the server URL or see the repo in the browser via the BROWSE REPOSITORY button.

I am at a total loss at this point
