Getting an error when updating server

N: Skipping acquire of configured file ‘main/binary-amd64/Packages’ as repository ‘http://software.virtualmin.com/vm/6/gpl/apt virtualmin-universal InRelease’ doesn’t support architecture ‘amd64’

does that mean you don’t support AMD processors?

my server is already running on AMD processors

AMD64 refers to a system-structure, not to Intel or AMD in that matter.
I got that issue today, it started today.
My guess is that the configuration file needs to be changed (for that repo/depot).

Same here on Debian servers.

i get error when i`m trying to fresh install with auto script

Some repositories are broken. I’m working on it.

Maybe fixed. Try it again, and report back. (Run apt-get clean first.)

Getting a different but I suspect related error

Did you run apt clean before you continued after that first attempt?
Is that a new installed server or does it contain data?

It’s a VM, I initially assumed it was an OS issue so went through different supported OS versions before reporting it here. Turns out it was an issue with the repo which has now been fixed.
