FTP only over SSH

I have Virtualmin installed on a Digital Ocean Droplet. I can only log in with the main Virtual Server user, and only over port 22.

If I create “Website FTP User” I cannot log in with that user “FATAL ERROR: Connection refused”

I tried disabling FirewallD, and get the same result.

I think it’s FTP client problem, try another :roll_eyes:

Does digital ocean require you to open ports on their firewall?
