FTP : can't create folder

Hello,

I create an ftp account. I manage to connect but I can not create directory. I get the message: Permission denied ".
How to configure ftp server in Virtualmin order to create a directory.

Howdy,

It sounds like the user you’re using doesn’t have permission to modify the files and directories where you’re trying to create a directory.

If you’re trying to have a user for the purposes of modifying files on your website, you may want to make sure you have a “Add a website FTP access user”.

To do that, go into Edit Mail and FTP Users -> Add a website FTP access user. That’ll add a user with permissions to modify the website.

Hello.
I’ve got a similar problem.
But instead I can upload files inside already created directories but I can’t create new ones (550 Permission denied).
What should I do?
