File Manager Jailed User error

I just created a jailed ‘domain’ by using virtualmin → Administration Options → Edit Owner Limits → Chroot jail domain Unix user = yes
However logged in as that user I tried to use the file manager and got this

is there something I missed setting up a jailed user ?
There is another over sight I think, if you press return to previous page this give the jailed user access to the whole file system with read write privs I would guess they should be jailed to their jail ? After pressing return to previous page you see

It seems that you have added filemin to a list of extra Webmin modules to be allowed (when setting up a jail on virtual-server.name - Administration Options ⇾ Edit Owner Limits: Server Owner Limits page). As explained on the help tooltip, this must be done with a great care.
