Good morning I’m trying to add an ftp account to a rdp with windows, when I try to add the user it’s something like in this example “Juan Pablo” contains a special character a space.
So I get this error Failed to save scheduled backup : Invalid characters in FTP server login
On Linux, there wouldn’t typically be spaces in usernames, and it may be filtering that out for that reason.
It’s possible that on a Windows-based system that might be more common.
I take it that the form works fine without the space? If so, would it be possible to rename the user on your FTP server to one that doesn’t have a space in?
We can talk to Jamie about whether allowing a space in the username might be a better long-term solution, though as a short term quick fix the above might be necessary.
