External Connectivity Check false error if Redirect all requests to SSL site being used

For your information: If

Website Options → Redirect all requests to SSL site

is checked,

Logs and Reports → Connectivity Check

gives a false error.

Website request failed 500 write failed: Make sure your system’s web server is running, that port 80 is not blocked by a firewall, and that the domain has a valid index page.

I’ve tested forth and back multiple times and it is related to
