Restoring domain: re-creating MySQL user fails when too long

Help - When I want to restore the tar.gz from one server to another one, I come across the following problem. How can I manage it?

Operating system:
Ubuntu 20

OS version:

Restore failed : SQL drop user if exists ‘xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx’@‘localhost’ failed : String ‘xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx’ is too long for user name (should be no longer than 32)
