Error creating subdomain - Virtualmin

When i try to create a subdomain eg forum.domain.com, it gives me this error message:

Failed to create virtual server : The DNS domain forum.domain.com is already hosted by
your DNS server.

I have checked the bind files and cannot seem to find a solution. Any help much appreciated on this issue.

Hmm, look in the DNS zone for “domain.com”, you don’t see any entry in there for forum.domain.com?
