Error connecting to postfix to send the email

OS type and version centos 7 min
Virtualmin version virtualmin 7.3
trying to send an email from thunderbird i get the error: Cannot connect to SMTP server 2a01:7a7:2:3837:1f43:774c:1e90:f6e1 (2a01:7a7:2:3837:1f43:774c:1e90:f6e1:587), connect error 10061.

what is wrong with the smtp server, even login fail
