Email time is wired

so when i send emails and they are coming back is the time in the mail client and virtualmin wired

the date comand shows the correct time and date
the computer has also the correct time and date
the time is now 17:18 the first picture is from the cloudmin webmail

this one is when i open the mail

in my client mail, thunderbird it is the same

What us that, never head of cloudmin webmail.
Some webmail systems have there own locales. I thought the default would be the systems.
