Email not sent from SMTP

I have configured PMTA with Virtualmin, Mailwizz. I can send mail from PMTA SMTP server to external addresses such as: gmail, yahoo, and other domains.

But when I try to send mail to my server user like john@myserverdomain.com I get an error on pmta console

Connection attempt failed, status = ECONNREFUSED while connecting from server.myserverdomain.com (x.x.x.x) to [127.0.0.1] (127.0.0.1)

I can sent and receive mail from Postfix with roundcube

Please help me out here.
