Email accounts from virtual server bounce incoming mail

SYSTEM INFORMATION
OS type and version Rocky 9.1
Virtualmin version 7.5

hostname: nord-ovh.emax.sbs
first virtual server added: emax.sbs (user added: user1@emax.sbs)
second virtual server added: pacifico.one (user added: user1@pacifico.one and user2@pacifico.one as alias)

Email sent from other server to user1@emax.sbs arrive ok
Email sent from other server to user1@pacifico.one bounce:

The mail system
user1-pacifico.one@nord-ovh.emax.sbs (expanded from user1@pacifico.one):
unknown user: “user1-pacifico.one”

Email sent to alias also bounce.

The server hostname is correctly set, in hosts file and in postfix main.cf mydestination. In /etc/postfix/virtual I noticed the email address user1@pacifico.one is mapped to user1-pacifico.one and I changed that line to user1@pacifico.one but mail is still bouncing.

I reinstalled from scratch, the same problem. Also with Ubuntu (20.04 and 22.04), same problem. I reinstalled on a hetzner vps, same problem.

What am I doing wrong?

Weird, I’ve never had a issue with new installs, you should not have to touch the webmin side of things.
You have enable mail for that domain.

Mail is enabled. I know is weird, I set up virtualmin on a server a while ago, maybe 1 or 2 years ago and I had no problem with it. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong now. I just set up another VPS to try again from scratch.

Not sure what default, but in the template for mail I have this format.
