Which password are you looking to change?

For example, the admin password for any given Virtual Server can be changed by going into Edit Virtual Server, then going into Configurable settings and choosing a new “Administration password”.

It sounds like you want to change the password for the “root” user then?

You can do that by either logging into SSH as root, and running “passwd”, or using the GUI, you can go into Webmin -> System -> Change Passwords, and choose “root” as the user to change.
