Domain points to /var/www/html

I think my error is the hostname
how I have it set
but the cjanddarren.info that I created for out site points to the /var/www/html
not to the regular place it should.

If I change my hostname, the problem arises that my mail stops working. So I am now at a bit of a loss.

Is there a way to tell this to go to the right directory?

Is it just this one domain that points to /var/www/html? Or do all domains added to your system go there?
